VITABRI V5 STRUCTURE
The structure of the V5 tent is the result of many years of work of VITABRI engineers to improve the previous V2 model.
The applied changes made it possible to reduce the weight of the structure, not to mention its stability. The booms operating system during the folding of the tent has also been modernized.
The legs of the V5 tent have a 4-step height adjustment system.
The structure’s unfolding system using gas booms is patented by VITABRI.
- 100% aluminum leg, 72mm profile, 2mm wall thickness
- GAS BOOM TECHNOLOGY placed in the legs of the structure significantly facilitates its setup
- The fasteners are made of die-cast aluminum and are very durable
- 6-fold reinforced crosspieces along the entire length, finished with polyamide
- The structure is screwed with self-tapping INOX screws

Zamontowana na płozach z Teflon® przesuwa się wzdłuż górnej części nogi aż do momentu jej blokady przy rozkładaniu konstrukcji (system opatentowany przez VITABRI).
Część wzmacniana poliamidem
Istnieje możliwość 4-krotnej regulacji wysokości konstrukcji każdej z nóg. Pozwala to na dostosowanie się do terenu czy też zwiększenie wysokości samej konstrukcji.
Krzyżaki wykonane z bardzo twardego 2mm aluminium o profilu 35x20mm, posiadają 6-ciokrotne wzmocnienie wewnętrzne po całej ich długości. Aby absorbować naprężenia stelaża krzyżaki wykończone zostały poliamidem z włóknem szklanym.
Gruby odlew aluminium przekłada się na wysoką wytrzymałość stopki namiotu. Ze względu na jej rozmiar i kształt zapewniona jest odpowiednia stabilność konstrukcji V5. Zawiera otwory umożliwiające mocowanie płyt obciążnika oraz wzmocnień bocznych.
Łączniki V5wykonane z odlewu aluminium, skręcane samokontrującymi śrubami INOX.
Nogi w 100% wykonane z twardego aluminium. Pierścień prowadzący ABS poprawia przesuwanie się pomiędzy górną i dolną częścią nogi. Posiadają prowadnice do mocowania ścianek z kedrą.
Do nóg namiotu instalowane mogą być akcesoria dodatkowe za pomocą specjalnego uchwytu.
Składają się z rurki zawierającej gaz, w którym porusza się tłok. Za ich pomocą następuje rozkładanie się konstrukcji namiotu (opatentowana technologia). VITABRI oferuje dożywotnią gwarancję na wysięgniki.
