MATERIALS AND COLORS OF POP-UP TENTS

Material polyester 240 g/m2, double impregnated. Lightweight and very resistant with rich colors, 100% waterproof. Its versatility means that this material can be used in almost every way of using a tent. This material is the most often chosen by our customers.

240 g/m2 polyester, double coated white. The fabric is adapted to digital printing using the sublimation method, where the material is subjected to high temperatures during the printing process. Due to the dense and fine weave, the print does not scratch or rub off after contact, and the paint penetrates deep into the material structure, ensuring a long life of the print without losing color.

Polyester + acrylic 200 g/m2. An additional external acrylic layer makes the material highly resistant to weather conditions and has a high resistance to UV light - it does not fade. A pronounced texture and a weave that is easily felt by touch give the fabric a premium character and increase its tear resistance. Its technical properties make it a modern generation and hi-tech material.

High-class acrylic material 300 g/m2, noble and perfectly finished. Immersion dyed acrylic fibers and a special external impregnation ensure excellent color fastness for a long time and a high level of resistance to water and dirt. Due to its specification and high weight, the material is mainly used for the manufacture of all-season tents, which are not subject to frequent folding and unfolding.

450 g/m2 polyester, PVC coated (74% pvc, 26% polyester). One-sided varnished material with European flame retardant certificate B1 or M2. The material carrier is a polyester mesh inside of PVC, which does not absorb moisture and dirt, making the material easy to maintain. It can be used in temperatures as low as -25C

Polyester fabric coated on both sides with PVC, weight 900 g/m2, used as a floor for tents. Anti-skid system provides increased grip thanks to surface relief.
Thanks to its flexibility, the material gives in to unevenness and can be used for any type of substrate. The material can be welded, so the size of the floor can be adapted to your expectations.

PVC material 0.30 mm - 0.50 mm thick, transparent or slightly colored, used in the manufacture of tents with windows and panoramic walls. Has a flame retardant certificate in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 6940 standard.

PVC coated material CODURA 563 g/m2 blocks light and protects against heat and UV rays. Durable and easy to maintain. This material is used at VITABRI for the manufacture of covers for tents as well as bags for walls and accessories.
